Additionally, the future studies could focus on asking expatriate's supervisors about the level of performance and productivity.The study made a concluding recommendations that since the expatriates seem to have integrated well in Kenyan society,they can be a great source of strength to those who wish to take up the new assignment in this country as they are source of transmission on know-how.
